OBJECTIVE

Event organisation for Brand USA and its promotion for the Spanish market. Valencia was chosen as the best meeting point between the American and Spanish culture.

ACTIONS

Interface Tourism Spain co-ordinates meetings with the key stakeholders of the movie: Air Canada, Expedia, Brand USA and the Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias.

  • Co-ordinate individual radio and TV appointments with the Vice President of Communications of Brand USA
  • Events logistics – organise and co-ordinate all events aspects at the “L ́ Hémisferic” in Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias in Valencia
  • Organize a private concert at the venue for attendees.
  • Organize a welcome “Mardi Grass” style parade at the beginning of the event
  • Manage all operational aspects of the show.

RESULTS

  • Over 245 guests attending the movie premier
  • 97 different TRADE related companies
  • More than 6 Interviews with Anne Madison in Madrid and Valencia as well as meeting schedule via telephone. 
  • Total media value of over $1.250.000
  • Received over 100K impressions in social media. 
  • Record breaking event logistics, with a final saving of €7,000 over the original price quotation.
